About twenty.quest
A structured instrument for teams at an inflection point.
Every leadership team carries a version of the same picture in their heads, and every version is slightly different. Most of the time the differences do not matter. At an inflection point they matter a lot.
twenty.quest is a tool for those moments. A facilitator writes a short brief and uploads the documents the team already lives in: board decks, OKRs, offsite notes. The service generates twenty questions that sit inside that material. Six to fifteen people answer from wherever they are, by text or by voice. The service reads every answer, pulls the concepts out by name, and produces a concept map, a written report, a catalyst draft, and a narrated recap video the facilitator can bring into the next room.
It is deliberately not anonymous. Attribution is the point. You see who thinks what, because that is what the next conversation needs.

twenty.quest is built by Ortomate Limited, a small New Zealand company based in Wellington. We work with founders and leadership teams, and we built twenty.quest because the conversations we kept running into needed a sharper pre-read than a survey could give.
